You can now schedule your next birthday party at the Gilford Youth Center. Our unique facility and great equipment will make your next birthday party one to remember.
The Birthday Party Package Includes: A party of up to 20 kids
2 hour rental of the Activity Center (gymnasium)
Tables and chairs for your group
Use of the GYC Equipment
(balls, hoops, scooters, etc)
Your Choice of one of the following:
1 Hour of Jump House (ages 1-9)
or
2 Hour use of Game Room (ages 8 and up)
Refunds are not given for unused portions of the Birthday Package

Additional Options for your Party
Face Painting ($10)
Elmo Costume Rental ($35)
Have Elmo attend your childs party!! This rental is for the cotume only.
It is the parent's responsibility to have someone wear the costume.
The Costume is adult size. Costume will be available at the time of the party.
Costume will not leave the GYC.
Jump House and Game Room Combo ($25)
This is a great option for parties with variety of ages. The combo
allows families to have the jump house for an hour, and the game
room for both hours.

To Request a Birthday Party, please completely fill out and submit the following forms below. Click the links below to download the forms. Forms can be mailed, faxed, or dropped off at the Gilford Youth Center. You can also pick up both forms at the Gilford Youth Center. Forms should be received no later than two weeks before requested date.
