Calling all Crafters!!
*Please note that we can only accept 53 vendors at this time, once we are full you can be placed on a waitlist. Please don't wait as we were a sellout event last year with highly satisfied Vendors.
We are excited to host our Annual Fall Craft Fair Saturday November 9th, 2024, from 9am-2pm here and indoors at the Gilford Youth Center.
Please read all information before registering for important information.
Please note: BOTH Registration Form and Payment must be submitted to be fully registered for event as a vendor. You will be forwarded to payment link when you submit Registration Form.
We are asking vendors to donate and item to use for a raffle during the event. Portion of the proceeds of this raffle will go towards our Mobile Meals program which provides local seniors with a fresh, nutritious lunch, delivered at an affordable cost.

Important Information MUST READ:

All spaces are 7ft deep x 10ft wide and will be marked.
The GYC will provide extensive advertisement via, social media, banners, radio and news outlets.
Each space is $75 (you are able to book 2 spaces for $150)
PAYMENT is due at the time of registration. No refunds will be given for cancelations 2 weeks prior to event.

When registering you are able to put a request in for a table number, but this does not guarantee it is the one you will receive, as they will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.
We will allow time for set up Friday Nov. 8th between 5:30-7:30pm (the doors will then be locked and secured until 6:30am for continued set up) The Gilford Youth Center is not liable for any items left here overnight.
All vendors need to be ready and set up by 9am and MUST stay for entire event 2pm.
All vendors must plan to remove all items at the conclusion of the craft fair. Each vendor must take home what they brought in. The GYC will not be able to store or hold any items after event date.
All vendors must provide their own change for their customers.
The sale of alcohol, any weapons and/or drug/ tobacco paraphernalia is prohibited from this event.
We reserve the right to use your business name, images and logo to promote the event.
